This park sprawls over a 2,500 acres of land. The Richmond Park is one of the pride on Londoners and well, they have King Henry VIII to thank for that. King Henry VIII spearheaded the planting of such charming parks in the UK and often made this location his hunting ground.
In the winter, you can see tens of wild deer scattered all over the woody park, either grazing or just roaming. The pouring ice draws visitors who are avid hikers or just want to enjoy a nice time doing snowball fight, flying in the sled, or other activities.
